Cost of works
The total cost and payment terms to be agreed between parties. These will be clearly stated on quotes and/or invoices. All terms will be agreed before the commencement of work.
It is customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery and billing information, and be available to accept scheduled delivery.
Order alterations and cancellations
Contact us within 2 days of purchase. Order alterations and cancellations can not be made after this time but may still be charged.
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase date by post/courier, buyer to pay return postal costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note: goods that are personalised/custom made, or purchased on sale can not be returned.
In the occasion goods are delivered defected or damaged, we will refund or replace the goods. Photographic proof will be required.
Customers name, shipping address and email address will be shared with our couriers for delivery purposes only. We will not sign you up for any promotional mail or news letters. We will not share your details with any unrelated third parties.
